Research interest focuses on perceived changes in family/relationship quality of life following breast cancer from the perspectives of multiple family members, changes in family life resulting from breast-cancer related lymphedema, the role of the Red Hat Society in the lives of older women, and the experiences of ethnically diverse families with regard to illness and caregiving.
